You can run almost any web application created in PHP, Python or Perl using MySQL or alike database. We provide a slick installer as part of the cPanel Control Panel which will take care of most Web Applications in few minutes.

We provide cPanel control panel which allows you to manage all aspects of your hosting account, inclouding setting up domains, databases, mailboxes, control your DNS zone files, view statistics and manage your web applications. We also allow FTP connection to the server so you can easily and securely update your site from anywhere in the world.

Although this is not a private server, shared hosting does provide a good security scheme, sometimes better than a sloppy, non managed server. We use Cloud-Linux OS, including it's CageFS system which creates a virtual OS mount for each client, securing it's filesystem usage and access. It is not trivial at all to bypass server security and access files on other accounts. If you DO have sensitive information on your account, we do urge you to consider a Virtual Private Server for your operation.

Apache is a mature web server able to handle many types of applications, has many modules and is quite secure compared to other web servers. It has a big community of developers and users and is still the default for many devops and control panels. Litespeed on the other hand is aimed at PHP applications and more specific - Wordpress. Together with it's caching plugin, LS-Cache, it can deliver very fast Wordpress sites. We use Litespeed for several years now on all shared servers and it's our default web server software for ALL wordpress servers installations.
