These IPs are shared between clients but clients can also choose to assign dedicated IPs to domains, at additional cost. This is usually not needed since Google knows it's natural to host several sites on one IP and it can be a problem only if there are a lot of sites from the same interest/content but the chance of this happening with organic sites is very low and if you get to fall on an IP which already hosts a site with similar content we can allocate you another or you can use a dedicated IP for it.

If your current hosting uses cPanel we can import the full backup/transfer file on our server, getting you the same setup exactly as on your previous host, inc. database/emails usernames and passwords, all zone files, Database contents, statistics and all other cPanel related settings. If you don't have cPanel you'll have to use FTP and phpMyAdmin to manually transfer the sites, or, in case you use Wordpress there are quite a few duplication plugins that will let you copy a whole site using few basic parameters given.
